ALL LITIGATION ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE BROUGHT IN COURTS LOCATED IN TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS. THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
