Erik's Resume / CV
Summary of Erik Schimek's Experience
I built my own computer from spare parts at age 15, and started designing websites in college with a focus on e-commerce and user experience optimization.
Most of my projects have come from friends asking me to help them with their projects, and to help them make money online.
I've managed e-commerce projects from the ground up -- the practical nuts and bolts of profitably creating, marketing, selling and delivering tens of millions of dollars of handmade products.
Educational CV

Management Experience: 20 years of entreprenuring. Budgeting, hiring and firing. Management of sales team, delivery drivers, furniture crafters.
Technical and Design Skills: Entirely self-taught, I've been focused on driving revenue cost-effectively for ~25 years and along the way I have learned whatever technical skills are necessary to achieve revenue goals.
I enjoy learning new design and technical skills related to the project I'm working on.

Summary: Selling handmade furniture is one of the more difficult challenges in Internet marketing due to the long lead-time between advertising and revenue, and the low conversion rate due to the expensive pricetag.
Revenues were driven via Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email campaigns, extensive data analysis and website design optimization to maximize revenue per dollar of advertising.
The website was entirely redesigned 7 different times, adapting to new design trends and e-commerce technologies.
